For me, each thought of the day is a daily reminder or mantra for me to repeat throughout the day. I keep them close. I write them down. I hang them on my wall (hint hint, you can too as they are available for purchase in my shop). The point is that they are a constant reminder for me of who I am, what I want to be, and what I can accomplish with my life. It is a conscious way for me transform the negative thoughts that flow through my mind. The only way to combat the negative is with a constant onslaught of the positive.
